    Don’t often post up, but thought i’d share this ‘little’ cable system we were asked to do.

    The main reason the client wanted it was to hide the new staircase. Cables were 12mm thick. The fixings had to be specially fabricated to hold thick acrylic panels. Cables were anchored to the top of the building via steel brackets and the bottoms were anchored into 1msquared concrete blocks.

    that looks great adrian, i really like that mate… top notch! 😀

    how thick is your acrylic?
    just wondering if it may sag inwards over time… hold its own so to speak.
    is it etch effect acrylic or have you covered clear in etch? or am i wrong and just looks that way? :lol1:

    That is mightily impressive,
    I love it when people have the vision to create something like this.

    valid point Rob made about the acrylic not bowing over time, I’d say you had that point covered though 😕
