We have had this problem before as we live near Sandringham and some of our customers have the royal warrant, but your not allowed to reproduce it in any shape or form or you could be in trouble.

There are only a couple of places in the country who are licensed to supply it.

Your customer will have to buy it in for you to use, even we have to do this and I do work for the royal estate.

You’re quite right John, it is a dodgy area. I used to work as a prep designer for a company who made all the royal trumpeters banners and regalia. Even the white, kid leather bound programmes that we designed each year for the Royal Performance where guarded. We had to work in an area away from all the hand embroiderers. It was rediculous at times.

Kit, you might try doing a search for sign companies who make & supply metal signs & heraldic work. They may be licenced and able to help you at a price !

Sorry I can’t help you further.

    All the best,
    Cheryl

    KAT…..

The advice given above is all good and you are not allowed to reproduce royal warrants without a licence. Naturally I do it all the time. 😀

I have an image but it is too large to post here, about 11Mb from memory, and Robert would not be a happy Scotsman. Send me a PM and I’ll sort you out with a copy.

On the other hand, if you want to do it properly, I have a list of official suppliers. It’s a couple of years old and not totally up to date but you should be able to find a supplier from it. I would have to fax it to you as I don’t have an electronic copy.
