Broken printhead component on Roland XR-640
Hi All
Can anybody throw any light as to what this is, its 26mm long and has broken off the printhead assembly somewhere, although l cannot see where, the lugs that clip it on to its location have broken, and the printer now says the right hand pinch roller is out of alignment, so wont print, and l was halfway through printing a vans graphics when it caught on the media clamp and broke off. l would like to know the name so l can either order one or let an engineer know what’
s needed before they turn up!.

It might be worth emailing the likes of FH Union with your photos. I am sure they will be able to identify it and possibly supply the part also.
