we have 2 council pulpit style signs to redo and they want them reverse laminated onto 10mm polycarb. this is no problem but as they get fitted to a steel panel i was going to bond on some 3mm foam to make sure there are no scratches etc that can occur with just vinyl and steel, back in the day we would of used 300mm wide 3M VHB tape but i haven’t seen it in years, 2 part glues don’t like vinyl that much and melt it and smaller d/s tape might pull the print…

so my question is what do you do if your doing this type of bond?

    thanks
    John

I use Tape 2 go and they will slit the tape into any size you like. They do have VHB tapes in stock.
