They have always been very helpful when I have called them about bonding different substrates, I’ve used the penloc 1.1 & the gti clear & haven’t had any problems with either. Only problem really is the shelf life which doesn’t tend to be that long so as an occasional user I tend to buy in smaller quantities.

Your welcome Cheryl, try searching the forum, another one that gets mentioned quite a lot for bonding dissimilar substrates is Tensol but don’t know which one of their range would be suitable for your needs & I have never used it myself.
