Hope it goes well for you Kate. My wife was in and out of labor for 108 hours with our second one. Had to drop the bundle on the loo in the finish. That was after she told the Dr that if it didn’t happen then and there, he probably wouldn’t father any more children either…. Amazing how the guy got some incentive after that.
It was such a commotion at the hospital, every mid wife, Nurse and Doctor wanted to be kept up to date, then when it happened I was the last to find out because I was at the back of the queue. 😕
As far as my photo goes, I was thinking of that sexy on-the-floor look too, but the dog was not that impressed that I was sharing her space. That, and the wife couldn’t stop laughing long enough to take the picture 😕

I am amazed at the resilience of women. All that pain and suffering, and then you often go back for more!
Mind you, the anguish the bloke goes through is totally underestimated by the female….. but that’s another forum 😛

best of luck with the birth Kate, I was present at the births of my two brats and it’s a doddle, lie back and think of Barbados, or the Caribbean! 😀 😀 😀
