Hi, Started a few days ago havng problems with the print on my BN-20, did test print and nozzle checks and both were patchy and faint, I changed out the wiper and felt hoping there might be an improvement but still the same, I have replaced the capping station but still having the same issues, the print is faint and blotchy, any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Thank you.

I would say that you need new heads looking at the nozzle check. So many nozzles missing/blocked.

Have you tried cleaning? It looks like you’ve maybe had a head strike. Try soaking overnight, and see what it looks like tomorrow. Otherwise, I’d say an engineer visit, and possibly new dampers or head.

Thanks, I will soak overnight and if no better will source replacement heads.

Have you tried replacing the dampers?

It does look like the same area over a few colours, so could be a head strike.

I sent the pictures to a Roland Tech and he said he’s pretty sure the heads are goosed.

      Thanks.
