Hello All….. can someone please help me …..
my machine is mimaki jv3 160s with 6 colours

this machine had 3 heads together which joins
    black and magenta 1 head
    cyan and yellow 2 head
    lc and lm 3 head

looking at this set up(above)…… the problem am having is that
in head 1 when i test print or send print the result of the printing will be black because the black ink goes into the magenta damper….

and same effect into the yellow damper having cyan ink.

can anyone help to solved this problem….

also if anyone can help with drawing diagrams which damper should goes where into the heads setting hope am not crossing the setting …

    thanks all in advances…

    regards

More than likey you have a pump(s) that is not clearing out properly. Try running a Disway wash. The liquid should stay in the cap until you hear the pumps clicking then it should drain away quite quickly.

    The colour order is
BLACK – MAGENTA – CYAN – YELLOW – Light Magenta – Light Cyan
