if thinking of a VS you have to get the right ink set first as you are basically stuck with your decision.
we have a VS540 6 colour + wht silver but cant see the silver met being much use on football shirts. white could be handy there is a 6 colour + 2x wht. but profiles very rarebut if printing to white material all the time the 2x cmyk has a big speed advantage.
quality of print and cutting is just wonderful can’t see it getting any better really.
my beef with the system is the profiles think some of them were created whilst illegal substances were in use. standard ones for standard graphics are ok. -
Thanks , its always white so the 2 x cmyk sounds right.Whats the main difference between the sp300 and the vs300 is it speed?

Hi Bryce,
As previously advised I would say that either the dual CMYK setup or perhaps the CMYKLcLm would suit, if mainly printing onto white substrates with no need for Metallic.
In regards to the main differences between the SP and the VS – speed is one factor and the print head/quality is another- the VS has a newer (better) head technology. The VS comes in more sizes and with more possible ink configurations.
Hope that helps!
