    Hi,

We recently upgraded to Corel Draw X6 and we’re having difficulties finding the best settings to save AI files for printing on our ‘Poster Print’ rip software.

We need to open the AI files in Corel Draw to re-set the CMYK values and when we do this the files won’t open up in the rip software, and everything is blank.

Any idea what the best setting to save AI files are ?

Have you tried different AI versions when exporting? also export text as curves.

    Thanks Guys

We tried exporting as an EPS file and that’s solved the problem
