Today I have mostly been fitting a 9M x 3M banner at my local racing circuit in Knockhill. Probably the biggest banner I have ever been involved with.

Luckily there was little breeze today (Knockhill is usually a pretty wet and windy place) and along with my son Michael I managed to fit the banner onto a hoarding at the Hairpin.

And to think I could have been at the sign show instead today 😥

You just have benches not bleachers?

Agh the lovely knockhill, raced bikes there many times 99% of the time in the rain, when the sheep come down the hill you get your wet wheels n tyres ready!

My good mate Dennis Hobbs wife works there Gemma.

Cracking banner. Sign show is nowhere near as good as last year

its odd seeing those benches Jill, typical scots!

If anything we call something that looks like the "bleacher", the "grandstands". lol

bleachers look like a H&S issue

The Inmates of Knockhill would be mighty displeased at your attack on their fine and beautiful village. I wouldn’t like to be in your shoes next time you take a wander through the village square 😕

Harry – I don’t know what the font is. Their logo was scanned from a letterhead or business card many moons ago and has been used in various incarnations of the years

thats a big banner Phil…How did you secure it? Sail Track? I get contract fitters to do that here.

    This is my local… http://www.brisbanespeedway.com.au/track.asp

I sponsor a couple of racers too. Helps to be slightly mad to drive one tho
