Hi Derek, yes its a mesh banner.
there are 6 fixing points behind the banner there about a third in from each side, there are 2 fixings for each floor the banner extends

thats good seen far too many off these just bungeed round the edge
and fingers crossed
we also use wire rope as a back up on corners
