I finally got the banner process completed only to notice today that the banners that I rolled up after grommets had creases all down the hem line. Is there a certain time frame to flatten the banners out prior to rolling for distribution? I have 50 banners that were in perfect condition prior to being rolled up. One of the salesman pointed it out to me. Please advise. 😮 [/b]

You will always get this creased tunneling effect if you use d/S tape to hem.

What would be the solution as we roll the for the sale team to put in the cars to distribute to the dealers on the road?
    😕

Is there a setting in the JV33130 printer to print eyelets for the grommets? Or is this something I have to manual put into the pdf file?

    Advise… Thanks!

There are several options to avoid this….Don’t hem the banners. If they are indoors then don’t bother.
Power tape as I discussed in the other thread.
Welding with a portable heat machine.
    Good old fashioned stitching.
You will need to add the marks for eyelets in the printing software.
