Banding on black backgrounds on Mimaki Jv3 160s
I use a mimaki jv3160s and am printing on Hexis V350 vinyl using a shiraz rip and the hexis profile for the media.
The problem is that on a particular job where there is alot of black there is a banding effect but its not from the head it looks like a 3rd of an inch of the black prints matt then again around 1.5 – 2 inches later I have not had this before any ideas could it be temperature related as the temp has really dropped at work?

Tried a few other profiles and changing the temp but nothing is working?
