B&P Graphics are not selling LYSON inks !!!
B&P Graphics originally were a supplier of Lyson Inks but Lyson no longer have them as a supplier.
BP Graphics rang me on Monday with a great offer on Lyson Inks.
I ordered a set of Lyson/Nazdar inks for our Valuejet.
I categorically asked for Lyson as we have used their inks over the last 2 years.
Well surprise surprise they are not Lyson!!!!!! (hot)I am p****d of this is always BP Graphics problem.
Avoid this company as they are Liars!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had the same problem with B&P about 8 months ago, they sold me some inks and told me they were lyson but were not, even sent a tech out to look at the problems I was having since they are a totally different ink to lyson they print totally different.
B&P would not return my phone calls and when I asked for the person I was dealing with they were said to be out of the office I never heard back from them, they never returned my emails.
I paid for the order when I made the order, wish I did not. I was sent a letter 2 months latter demanding the bill be paid twice or I would be taken to court.
I buy from RPSD always delivered on time and reasonable price.

What has annoyed me is that I told B&P Graphics I would only use them if their inks were Lyson.
I explained to them loads of time when ordering that if it wasn’t Lyson and wasn’t packaged as Lyson I didn’t want it for any price!
We have run ins with B&P Graphics before with similair issues.
It is about time B&P Graphics went bust again and didn’t come back! (chat.) (!)SC

If I told B&P once I told them a dozen times if it wasn’t Lyson I didn’t want it.
But they assured me it was Lyson.
B&P Graphics are walking a very thin line.
Only God knows who orders of them anymore!!!
They couldn’t organise i drinking competition in an establishment selling beer!
This is the last time I will ever use them.SC

Oh my god same problem almost exactly!!! Such a shame has potential to be top company but they can’t run at all professionally. Why do they lie!!??? I have had absolutely loads of problems including charging me for things that have been paid for before etc etc. Wasting my time with ‘they are on holiday’ out of the office’ etc etc. Unbeievable. Can anyone recomend a better company that’s competitive please. I must add that bob the polish engineer from B&p is second to none the best there is and deserves to be working for a better company!!!
