It’s no tthe time Nik it’s mor ethe fact that i’m hopeless at tiding up 🙁

it’s something i have to learn i know. But even when i trace it with corel 10 it comes out so bad. I only have a realy small logo of it and my scanner isn’t that good, i need to buy a decent one next month.

Before you buy a scanner Paul look at the valuable info Bob Gilliland gives on the right type you should be pursuing.

Particularly interesting is his comment on a scanner with vector scanning capability. These scanners are bit more pricier than the norm but as he says in the long run it could save you hours on each logo your presented with to vectorise

My next scanner will have to have this function

No probs mate, it only took me 15-20min in Corel. But I guess 10 yrs practice helps 😀 If you get stuck with something like this in the furture I can recommend Andrew/Vectorwise service. I often can’t find the time to do jobs like this and for what he charges it is well worth while as I can get on with doing something more important !

John, where do you read up about these vector scanners then ??
