I don’t think you can, not without the developers kit.
The easiest way to do it would be to set up an html frame set on your puter with an auto refresh line in the html. of the the frame requiring refreshing.
So what you are doing is pulling in UKSB into a frames page.
Hoe that makes sence…

does clearing your cache, not clear all so no need to aurofresh each page?

Dunno if this will do it for u but it’s the setting i use
go to
Tools then internet options, temporary internet files, settings then click “check for newer versions of stored pages” i have mine on automaticalyit updates every time i revisit a site

When i mean auto refresh, it so that when i am watching the posts on uksb, i dont have to manualy refresh to page to see the new posts. I just thought there may be a setting to do this automatically, as like your e mail checks every few minutes for new post, get whay I mean?

If you don’t want to play with frames etc.
You could try a prog like refresher.

Thanks Dan
I have been trying to find a way of doing this for ages
However if you set the refresh time to short it deletes everything you have writen half way through typing a post
This can be quite annoy

The best way around this is to type your msg in notepad word or the like and copy and paste. Job done.
