Armour fend
Hi all,
I often get asked to fit armour fend to cars by local body shops.
First has any one else done this and is there a reccomended technique?
I usually apply dry in the normal way, but occasionally a bloom appears in the adhesive, it seems to disapear after a day or two, but dosn’t look good when the customer gets the car back.
Second, I have tried to get armour fend from 3m but it costs more than gold! anyone know of an alternative? -

Speak to Dave Armstrong at Armour Glazing Films, 0121-544-4884, he installs Paint Shield paint protection film, I think all paint protection film is manufactured by 3m with the exception of Bekaert who supply thier own.

Call Stephen Belfort at Bekaert. They give training and have a template software program.
