Are these rod systems ok for exterior use?

Don’t see why not as they are usually fully aluminium and/or stanless steel. Just make sure you use stainless screws to fix them up to the wall so nothing can corrode.

I’d have no hesitation in using it

i thought of using the stainless steel option, just wanted to check if there was any other problems i’d overlooked. It’s just i’d never seen them outside and even google imaged it and couldn’t find any examples outdoors. When this happens to me i’ve usually missed something obvious.

Customer actually wanted the cable/wire option in the first place but i said the rods would probably be better outside.
