    Can anyone help????

I need to stick labels on a very awkward matt "emulsion" type painted surface. Avery 4900QM seems to fit the bill, but does anyone know of any other manufacturer who makes a similar material that will stick to such difficult substrates.

    😀

    Hi,

The panels are slightly textured rigid polycarbonate. They have been painted with a new type of environmentally friendly water based paint. The paint has some kind of dirt repellent in it and the dry / dusty texture feels very much like a cheap household wall paint. Labels are about 1″ x 2″ on average.
