Thanks. The mercedes wrap was a white car, we wrapped the black trailer ‘the box’ while he was doing a live DJ stream on YouTube and Facebook 🤣

Thanks for taking the time to share your work Craig, as has been said, you have a good variety of work going on there. I genuinely think this is key to the sign companies of today that will outlast the downturn due to covid, but also signs in general. one-trick ponies don’t cut it in my view. If you can turn your hand to a variety of things, that is important in our industry, I think.

Thanks Rob. We try to make as much as we can in house, we have a very recent upgrade from a piranha to a Texcel EXR, a small laser and a letter bender.

I think you have to offer it all, we still buy in from trade suppliers when it suits, to save time mainly and try to support local companies first.

Thanks for your nice comments, will post more again. 👍👍

      Some nice work there.

Nothing wrong with variety of work, as Rob says, provided you can manage it properly.

We’ve scaled back some of what we do and concentrate on what we’re good at. “Jack of all trades, master of none.” Springs to mind.

I personally think trying to do absolutely everything under one roof, is the downfall of many small sign companies, they simply get snowed under, loose control, and aren’t enough hours in the day.

Thanks all….. We do try to do what we can in house if we have the time, we have the knowledge and equipment but only if the time allows. I am a sign maker and enjoy the process of making to installation of the finished product.

    This was today’s install.

    Nice works Craig..

Do you do built up letters by yourself or do you get them from a trade supplier?

We do some here, we have an ALB (Automatic Letter Bender) really clever kit but if you want stainless we still buy in..

Oh I know that machine… It bends aluminium coils only, right?

We’ve got Accutek, it does stainless steel which we mainly do..

I was only curious how you made them as the jobs you showed above look great.
