Anyone using E-Signatures?
Is anyone using e-signatures with their business?
If so, what software/service, and how do you find it?
On a positive note I see Google have an ‘approval’ in beta testing for their drive, so you can send files for a yes/no approval. Although Beta registration has closed.

Sure adobe have a version of some sort. We have signed documents before via some adobe e-sign or something like that.

Have a look at JotForm, you set up a link and it’s a webpage which you can add yes and no answers to or even free text. SEDO did this for the machine install and I thought it was a good idea so I stole it for my customers! You finish with an e-signature at the end.

Jot form looks good, not sure it will work for what I need.
What do you use it for with customers?
All our quotes are generated as PDF’s and looking for a remote way to get it signed off in a more robust manner.

Essentially just sign off to a quote and acceptance of deposit prior to doing work. Real simple form but seems to work.

I use one, I forget the name right now, but we use it for our contractors and various other similar things.
It is not something we use a lot, but I’ve been using it for around 4 years and works very well.From memory the one I use, you buy credits valued at maybe 80p to £1 each credit. You buy a batch of 10 credits at a time.
There are much cheaper options of course, but they are monthly subscription-based and more aimed at high volume signature use. Personally, for full functionality and options, £1 is good for me!
Obviously, these electronic can be signed on any device with your finger and on a PC you sign with your mouse.
NO, I know these signatures do not ever resemble our actual signature but do stand up legally. I am sure we have all at least signed for a parcel delivery on one of those little handheld devices! :awkward: -

Hi Jamie,
You’re correct, I tried this yesterday, but to sign the document required the recipient to sign-in to acrobat to sign it.
I know they offer adobe sign, but that costs £££’s which may be a little excessive for the few occasions we need it.
Perhaps I am missing something?

Bit confusing when I looked, as some claim Adobe Sign is in addition to the subscription, but is part of Adobe Acrobat which is included in the CC package.
