Presumably it’s in the direction of print? How’s the test print looking?

Yes its in the same direction, and the test print is normally spot on only one maybe two notches at most missing.

ink starvation more than likely. When was it last serviced

Is it only on one media?
Is this a new media or have you been using it a while?
What temperature have you got your heaters on?My first guess would be try upping the heaters

Will check with the Manager on Monday, how often would you recommend servicing?

Its the grafityp matt material also happens on some gloss material.
Think its on the standard settings, change the heater and dryer settings in versa… how much 5c or 10c?

I would try upping 5 degrees and then try it, you can adjust temperature while it’s printing to see if it makes any difference but it does take a little while to raise the temp

We got this on the Grafityp banner when I order a roll once. Used to drop in and out. However I used to only use a pinch roller at each side. Put the whole rack in and this sorted it for me.
