Anyone Experience with Bonyke Safety Film
Im looking at a job with be brief bellow, I think the Bronkye Safety Film sounds like what they are looking for, based on whats on the Bronkye website, I tried calling but they have closed for the evening.
Has anyone used it befour and how does it measure up to the brief bellow??
The removal of existing sacrificial film and the supply and install of new highly adhesive anti vandalism film on the upper saloon windows. This film should be:
•Clear and afford full visibility for passengers when in place.
•Capable of protecting the installed glass from damage due to “etching” with sharp implements such as glass cutters etc.
•Easily removable and replaceable without damaging the window beneath. There should be no need to remove windows to fit this film, thus minimising vehicle downtime.
•Tamperproof to a greater extent -

No Dermot, not the safety film. Its their Anti Grafitti film you want for that brief.
I deal with Bonwyke quite a lot for window films although I haven’t used either of those as I use Bekaert for saety film stuff.
Bonwyke are a pleasure to deal with and Nik Saunders is the guy there to get helpful advice from.
Not sure what company make those films as Bonwyke do not manufacture but re-box other main brand films as their own. I think it may be Hanita brand as I use Hanita Solar films and UV Dermagard which Bonwyke supply.The difference between safety and graffitti film is mainly in the adhesive. Safety film has a really aggressive adhesive which you would find very hard to remove once installed.
Graffiti film has an adhesive which allows easy removal when the film needs changing if damaged.
That brief you have been given is exactly for graffitti film.
