thanks hugh something i should realy learn especially on something like this just out of interest what process do you use .

just used coreldraw 12 (what i use for everything except cutting)

once you know how to do it, it’s really just a five minute job, start by drawing straight lines from point to point, and cutting corners on curves, then manipulate the lines to curves etc, then fill, you must draw one continuous join of lines or you’ll have to join them later,

if i can figure out a good way to do it, i’d quite happily to a demo for the board, dunno if my camera would be able to do it right ?! certainly need to compress it somehow !
