Any Scottish Graphtec service centres
Is there anywhere in Scotland (west) that services Graphtec cutters? I got 2 second hand machines when i bought the business and financially i can now afford to get them properly serviced.
Ideally i’d like to get it done locally (Glasgow) if i canCheers all

We use normally refer to a fellow from Preston , Simon Dobson , can give you his details if no-one else gives you an option. Cheers

I know the previous owner used to take his machines to Preston. If you could give me his details that would be great. Ideally would like to use local if possible but if not Preston it is

Yeah me too, broken plotter here 🙁 it was dropped from a worktop and now it doesn’t cut properly, test cut gives a different output each time so guessing it’s totally screwed 🙁

Try a call to Harry the ba****d (his words not mine) at Edward Mathius. He was able to sort my machine over the phone. Very helpful guy
