  • Any idea who supplies this trim?

I went to visit a customer who’s missing some trim from around his light box and his double sided light box is missing all of the trim.

First I thought about just replacing the double sided light box, as the customer mentioned the electrics are shot, with it being exposed to the weather.

Only to remember that there’s 1 edge missing from the shop sign, so need to replace that piece too.

Having never toyed with illuminated signs I don’t have a clue what the trim is, or where to source it from.

Attached is the picture we managed to get and welcome any advice.

    Many thanks
    David

    Hi Mate

looks like the trim we get on lightboxes from Northern Sign Cases, albeit not sure if this is a general system that they are just making up.

    Cheers

I will google them, and see what they say. Been a Lancashire job for me, it might well have been sourced more locally.

That name rings a bell… I think the customer mentioned that name.

I would just email that picture to those companies that make lightboxes or sell the components like Universal that are on the toolbar. As David says it could just be a standard extrusion that lots of companies use.
