Another poor perfomance by Ashby Trade
Letting off steam here!!
Order 5 x clear acrylic panels with polished edges along with the stand offs last friday on the basis of 2/3 day turnaround. Invoice arrived Wednesday via email but dated on Monday. Still no goods today so rang them. They haven’t even got the acylic in and aren’t expecting it till early next week.
Job now cancelled and ordered elsewhere.
I am absolutely livid but what gets to me most is the remiss attitude you are met with. If the carry on this way I can’t personnaly see them carrying on much longer at all. Shoddy customer service at its worse.
On a side note. By ordering these from Bay Plastics and the stand offs from Ispi I have almost saved £100.

That’s odd. I ordered a clear acrylic panel with stand off locators from them on Tuesday and it arrived today.
