think about it a bit more. a bit difficult to explain. 3 10mm squares to reg to would help

I would assemble it all on the van and wouldnt bother trying to do it on the bench. Either registration marks will help as suggested or I would probably layer it up wet ( Thats cos I like doing it that way, its easier to reposition things if you get it wrong ) It doesnt look that difficult to be honest 😀

It wasn’t anything I couldn’t get around, but it took ages and as we all know, time is money…
And I did use reg marks!

Sometimes things just take some time, if you dont have a printer there is no other way. Ive done loads of this sort of thing and I dont use reg marks just apply wet, as for me this is the fastest way with the least mistakes. I would apply as much of it dry as I can and just apply the layers wet. Using Rapid tack you usually get it dried fairly quickly even when its a little cold.
