Do Klockner do the panels ready made up, with the channels already fixed to the sheet?

John, i do my own but i am sure they provide a custom made service where the blanks come with blind riveted rails and stove enameled backs

Thanks George, I’ll give them a ring.

I really don’t want to have to assemble them ourselves, partly from a time persepctive, but also because I would like them rivetted before they are powder coated.

That’s how Ashby supply them, but they don’t seem very keen to send me a quote this time.
