    Peter,

I’m assuming that you are talking about a fascia sign with illuminated acrylic text fitted into a metal face panel? If so you’re on the right track – you’ll need to stencil cut the face panel before rolling it, folding the returns, welding on the ends & fitting it to the backtray. The thing to watch though will be the actual curvature of the face panel – if it’s too great you’ll struggle to fit the acrylic text (unless you mould the acrylic to match the curve of the face panel).

Do you have access to a guillotine, brake press, pyramid rollers etc? If not PM me & I’ll see what I can do to help.

    Good Luck!

    Guy
