    hi folks ive got to put aluminium round very small signs 18 inch x 1ft……would i get away with using silicon rather than having to drill holes in the foamx

    I expect that would work, as long as you can hold the ali in place while it goes off. Why not use a decent double sided tape?

    glad it worked brian,

    i thought i had posted earlier, but it seems i didnt ! i was gonna say, make sure and get a good quality silicone sealant or a gap filling adhesive like gripfill, try and saty away from the usual diy shop stuff, alot of mathrom type ‘silicone’ sealant has got as much silicone in it as an apple ! ie it doesnt go off too well,

    anyway, seems to have worked now, laterz !
