Have you thought of making these yourself using dibond or similar? There was a post on these boards recently showing how these can be made by using a router. It looks very easy to do and will cost a lot less than aluminium trays – so more profit for you 😀

Yeah tried Jaro, he’s too busy at the mo.
I’ll try screen & print & simplex Monday.

I need 14 in all so would probably take too long make myself, though I may look at that for future one off’s

You might be surprised just how quickly you can make them up yourself, once you have the router set up to give the desired return you could zip round all 14 of them really quickly.
If you have a spare piece of dibond knocking about have a try.
