    Here is a sign I just finished making for a Kitchen design company. It’s for their showroom. Made from 5mm and 10mm Foamalux which has been routered and glued together to produce a 3d engraved plaque. Finished using cut vinyl to provide the deep red colour

    Looks good Phil,
    I seen a few of these that you’ve done, simple but look good.
    Why do you use foam though and not acrylic, on a sign of that size it would only be a few £ different in price but I always think the edges and face look a lot better,

    That’s very nice Phil, I like doing jobs like that but I hate sweeping up the mess afterwards. 🙂

    I like it Phil.

    I’ve watched your tutorial on cutting foam PVC lettering with a jigsaw, and had a go, I’ve not had much success.

    Do you use a fine tooth blade? How do you stop the board vibrating like mad?
