Get a Stanley paint scraper under it Jason (the type that has a Stanley blade fixed in the end) then just remove the adhesive with tar and glue.

Maybe do a test under a desk or workbench to check the tar and glue doesn’t react with the tiles – cant imagine it would on ceramic but a slim possibility on lino type.

Heat gun usually works a treat on that, aslong as it doesnt get too hot, then its even worse! 😮
