Hi, had a customer asked me could I paint a logo onto a trailer cover for him. I know I can cut out the logo in stencil mask or a removable vinyl, weed and apply and then paint the letters in. But am wondering what sort of paint do you use for this?? I have been told to use ink with thinners but I’m not sure were to get this or who supplies it?? This job could lead to doing lots more of these as well so id like to get it right. Also i need advice on the mixing ink and thinners together.

    Any help would be brilliant

Yes indeed you will need to use printing ink if painting on PVC.
There are various manufacturers i have used like Sericol but thats quite expensive or you can use Apollo inks cheaper and just as good.
both these inks can be thinned with cellulose thinners if your painting or spaying.
