  • Advice please- Mutli colour vinyl bleed

Posted by Nigel Barber on 27 June 2012 at 19:29

    Hi all,
Been asked by another client if I can put his logo on his t-shirts.
The way he has it, is 2 letters join and the colours merge (see attachhed image)
What i’d like to know is this possible with vinyl, if so how???

    Many thanks
    confused in Devon

    Thanks for the reply,
Can where the two colours meet on the m and l,can this colour merge be achieved with vinyl or would it be just a blue and grey as 2 seperate colours,he really wants the logo as is but I’m thinking only a screen print could achieve it

Print onto a printable transfer material, then cut, apply to the shirt in the heat press.

Other option dye sublimination printing, but never done that myself.

Using solid coloured vinyl you couldn’t achieve a gradient effect.

You could do a manual blend by creating a dot effect.

There was a demo done on here years ago. Try a search for ASCII in the boards.

Was it Barnabus who did it?
