Hello, I’m hoping someone can help. We have recently starting shipping sign all around Ireland but are having terrible trouble with them getting damaged by the couriers. Could anyone please offer any advice as to how they can be packaged to prevent damage which also trying to keep the weight and cost of packaging material as low as possible? We have been sandwiching them between 2 sheets of corriboard but the couriers seem to be lying them flat then piling a load of stuff on top of them 🙁 The main problem seems to be dibond signs. Just had to replace signs worth £150 cost to us!!!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Davy, we generally use sheets of 2" polystyrene cut to size either side of panels when shipping and the a layer or two of bubble wrap. You have to make them bounceproof on certain couriers!
