Advice on a Radecal Spartan Series CNC router, please?

David I guess a lot will depend on your intentions, if it’s a machine solely for your own use then it may cope but if you are viewing this as a way of getting into trade supply then you may find you quickly outgrow it in which case it becomes quite an expensive bit of kit if you cant get a decent upgrade package or resell it at a decent price.
V=carve software it comes with is easy to learn & well supported but not really a production tool from what I have read, if you want to do true production work then you may need to look at other software which for cnc machines is flippin expensive :lol1: :lol1:

If your looking for a reliable CNC that won’t give you any major issues then in my opinion you only want to be looking at Tekcel or AXYZ

Stay away from everything else.

I’ve owned an AXYZ 6010 with ATC which was a superb machine bought for around 50K our latest purchase is the Tekcel machine with a camera and a knife cutting system (Being fitted tomorrow) cost around 65k

Both machines run using V Carve pro.

Thanks for the reply guys!! I think we are maybe going to go for the next model up, the Piranha 2030. Its quite a bit more expensive but i think is more suited to what we need. We wont be doing any trade work with the machine and it will be all our own stuff but we out source quite a high volume of CNC work at the moment so we expect that volume to go up once we have our own machine. We did look at Tekcel and the one we wanted was 60k, but a bit out of our price range just at the minute 😛
