  • Advice needed on Printer Software please?

    i just bought a roland pc-60 printer/cutter just wondering what software i need to print and cut from. this is my first printer, i currently just have a cutter and use flexi starter. will this print and cut? if not, is there a plug in i can get for adobe illustrator?

    it was designed to run with illy or corel

    ok, i use illy to design with. so do i need a plug in or do the drivers include everything? im using mac btw

    The Roland windows printer driver is the pc driver thought they did a mac driver that worked the same.

    ive managed to get a copy of windows 7, which I will install on boot camp on one of my macs. is there any way of getting the XP drivers to work on Win7?

    You could boot camp into 7 then run a virtual windows XP PC

    long winded but may work.

    or just get a second hand PC to run it.

    that is pretty long winded lol. tbh, cant really afford a comp at the minute. maybe this will have to wait until after christmas
