We have been asked to produce an internally illuminated light box 3.4m x 2.4m with no joins in the front panel 😕

The customers preference is for the front panel to be aluminum with cut out lettering although I understand that maximum available sheet size is 4m x 2m so we are trying to consider an alternative option.

We were wondering if the flexible banner faced sign boxes would work at this size, and more importantly as we have never fitted one of these units before, how easy is the installation of the front flexible face the the back box?

    🙄

You can use flex face at this size. I have never fitted one but have been researching them lately and they seem pretty straight forward.

Fitted one 6 months ago with great trepidation BUT found it to be dead simple and straight forward. Now prefer flex face to panels.

Flex face is the way to go. I fit loads of them they are nice and easy to fit.

I try to use flex face over perspex.
