    Hello All,

    Hope all is well.

Can anyone please share their experiences on mounting PVC Foam letters to a brick rendered wall. Will a commercial glue bond well to render and hold for many years in the weather.

20mm foam Pvc Letters (800mm high)
    Mount flat to wall
    Wall : brick,rendered /painted
    At least 15meters up.

I guess i am looking at the best mounting method as the client doesn’t want holes to be seen from front of letters, even after filling them .Doesn’t want no support frame behind either.

    Any help would be great.

    Cheers,
    PJ

Buy / make letters on rods – not locators.

template – drill holes (bigger than the rods)
fill holes with appropriate adhesive (not silicone)
push letter flush to the wall.

    Done

I would do it exactly the same way as Dave, nice need job, no visible fixings and they aren’t going to fall off.
