    has anyone got a Roland Stika 8 Cutter and if so what do you think, do they have a magic eye.

    Also what the creation pcut 630 any advice

    I’am still undecidered about what first cutter/plotter to buy

    Well apart from that I guess I honestly dont know I suppose it would better to have a bigger cutter just in case someome asks.

    ide have a long think abot that question before purchasing any kit mate. 😉 once you decide have god reason fro moving in that direction too… dont just jump onto somthing without research.

    I know what you mean I certainly wouldn’t jump into printing larger things like car vinyls but from the kinds of advice I;ve read in this forum I;ve heard people mention that they;ve bought cutter plotters that have lasted them years and when they have moved onto larger work the cutter plotter is able to cope with it.

    these cutters are in most cases reputable workhorse makes. (no disrespect intended) but a sticka just wouldnt last a year run or so in a signshop. its built for light graphics work, instore promotions etc
    you will be looking at about a grand minimum for an acceptable entry level cutter mate.
