a supplier of solar power lighting needed please?
Can anyone recomend a supplier of solar power lighting just a simple robust light to light a sign for a few hours at night on a dark lane?

You do have a point! but I have seen them somewhere in the past that didnt rely on intense sunshine to get a few good hours of lighting per day! – I could suggest he re-locates his business to a sunnier climate or pay someone to shine a torch on it every night?
