Made the boards myself 4 foot x 2 foot, costs of materials wood, paints fittings etc £70 this will make 2 boards, takes about 5 hours to make (painted over a week) and I sold 2 to this customer at £200 each.

    Nice work Steve,

I’ve always wanted to turn my hand to Wood to see what i can do, sadly i’ve never found the time to do it yet.

Lookin good…..I like the Architrave and corner finishers……..

I made an A-Board a short while ago using PSE the studwork timber from B&Q for the frames, some old hinges at the top and faced off with MDF. The frame was then stained, the boards rollered and left to dry.

Here’s the tip……don’t use cheap Timber, one leg warped and I couldn’t get it to stand up properly without chopping a bit off 2 legs. 😳
