I don’t think you’ll have much luck with the colour. You could buy in red fx and re coat it. Have you tried Amari plastics??? 01268 88 4444 or Cox’s 020 7232 4919

Amari plastics do a burgandy foam in both 3mm & 5mm, not sure if its really suitable for outside use. Amari have quite a good range of colours for foamex, give them a ring and ask for some samples.

We usually just flood coat with vinyl if we need a specific colour forex.

Paul, I also floodcoat normally, but the board needs to be quite large, just thought it would be easier. Customer is quite happy with vinyl covering. Thanks all. Will try Amari on Monday.

Lorraine have you thought of diabond or similar? You may have an issue with fomex fading 🙂

I have just boaugh 2 4′ x 8′ 5mm foamex from amari, they reckon there was only 3 boards left as they have stopped producing it for thje time being for lack of demand, so there might still be one floating around somewhere, it was only about 3 weeks ago
