    Hi All

After a soft vinyl spare wheel cover for a Land Rover Discovery. Looking for one which does not have the hard ABS type centre dish.

Can anybody supply any contacts for this type of cover.

    Thanks for your help
    Regards

    Hi Lee

I know that Maypole at Birmingham do them – we have purchased them before from our local Trago Mills. I think they do them in 3 different sizes, whether they would fit this vehicle, I am not sure. I think we paid £5.00 from Trago. Hope this helps. http://www.maypole.ltd.uk

The soft ones are really difficult to apply vinyl to

    Hi

Thanks Brian & Lorraine for your replys. I think I will be advising my customer to go for the one’s with the hard centre. The cost for delivery of a soft cover at £4.45 is £12.00 and as I have some of the hard centre covers in stock, I’ll use one of them.

    Once again, thanks

    Regards

We have done a few soft wheel covers and always use banner vinyl on them with no problems so far. We found application was easier after making up a circular template on rigid PVC (second hand piece of signboard) and inserting it into the wheel cover as a hard surface to squeegee onto. If you do need a soft one, we are quite often in Tragos and could pick one up and post it to you – probably cost no more than £3-£4 in postage.

    HI CHRIS

We are in Helston, so normally Falmouth – downstairs in the car/tool department. I think there is 3 sizes small, medium and large – the last one we had was a small which fitted upto 28″ diameter.
