    Hi all, we have a cnc router,,,,,,wondered if any one has had any experience with 3d machining,,,ie say a propeller,,,,machining 1 side then turning it over to machine the other side,,,,and how easy or complicated it is to do

    For that sort of work try Vectric Cut 3d.
    It will simplify your life.
    I think they do a trial download.

    what you can & can’t do will depend on how many axis your machine has. Bit out of my league but something like a propeller is probably going to require more than three axis, maybe 5 for something like that. As for 2 sided machining its not difficult but does require accurate registration when flipping the material.
