    28inch Manual Cold Laminator or Taper

    Got this for laminating acrylic photos, can be used for taping but never tried it. The rollers are 3 inch and in good condition. I have only used it a few times, as soon as I started doing stuff over 10ft long I stopped using it and bought an electric one.

    Cost me £119 + VAT
