    Morning aaaaallllll.

Im gonna be wrapping my Volvo C70 soon, and have swatches from Grafityp and 3Ms 85 range.

My problem is that the cast grafiwrap vinyls are only 1200 wide, so I would have a join line on my bonnet, roof, and up my door – no no no.

3M 85 range is in 1520, but is pretty pricey, although theyre 70 & 100 range are cheaper, they also onyl go upto 1200

are there any UK dealers for the Orafol 970?

And what other alternatives do i have for +1500mm widths?

    Cheers

Hexis do some cast in 1520mm (kpmf)

Just get the 3M though. Spandex are doing it cheap at the moment.

    Anthony,

3M 85 series every time in my opinion, gives a really good level of gloss finish, unless of course you choose matt!!, and its pretty user friendly and easy to handle. I find it very reasonably priced, don’t want to post costs and start a price war but its the same as most 1220mm cast vinyls per linear metre so you’re actually getting more square metreage due to 1530mm wide. Soon to be launched with the addition of controltac (re-positionable) adhesive and CV3 (micro comply) technology so you’ll find William Smiths doing good prices to make way for new stocks. http://www.williamsmith.co.uk or 01833 690305.
